Anybody know the story on this commercial for the Chevy Tahoe? It appears to be from one of the tasks on this season's 'The Apprentice.' I'm not watching the show, so I need you to tell me the scoop.

I know this was never aired as a commercial (right?) but I'm curious to know if it was shown on the air as part of the TV show.
From top to bottom, this thing is suggestive. It's so homoerotically offensive, it's heartwarming.

I forgot, for a moment, they were selling a vehicle with all those little "visuals" going on.
Was this ever aired as a commercial?
Give me a break!!! That's really what our kids need to watch......What ever happened to the quality of a product sold it's self?
Totally cracked me up! You have to give a huge kudo to that advertising team for thinking outside the "box" on this one!
I thought it was hysterical. I only wish it had actually been aired.
Chevy held a contest where you could create your own commercials using text, film clips, music, etc. A lot of people (including us) made some humorous commercials. Some of them have even got some play on news magazine shows and things. They're great.

I don't watch that show either but that was a great commercail! As good as the over the top sexy bounty commercial from last year.
I DUNNO.... BUT THE COMMERCIAL WAS POINTLESS.... WOHOO.... ITS A FREAKIN TAHOE!
I never knew the engine in an SUV could be so sexy.
I think that this is an offensive commercial, for The Chevy Tahoe. Not only the words that they use but also the music. Because if I am not mistaken some people already think homosexual males listen to music of that sort. I dont think that this was called for at all.

One thing I don't get is why gay's have to come out. We don't talk about our sexual relations or where even we are hetrosexual. Just don't get it.

You have got to be kidding me. Mainstream media is completely suffused with sex and sexual innuendo. It's on magazines, books, tv, radio, the web -- and you do SO talk about your heterosexual relations. Ever talk about your dating, husband, your boyfriend, your kids? Then you talk about it.
People are so used to this level of commentary that they think they don't participate in it, but they do, all the time. It's just that you think it's normal, so when gays do it, it stands out and uptight straight folks give them static for it.
I'm gonna go out on a limb here, but I'll guess there's a lot of stuff you "just don't get," Linda.
Our commercial is long gone I think. But if you go to YouTube.com and do a search on "Chevy Tahoe" you'll find scores of user created commercials, from the humorous to the environmentally serious.
